Space Selection 2025

NAB Show returns to Las Vegas, NV April 6 – 9, 2025

As an official 2024 NAB Show Exhibitor, Sponsor and/or Advertiser, you’re invited to reserve your space, in priority point order, during the Space Selection Process.

PLEASE NOTE: The 2025 NAB Show will take place in the West, North and South Lower Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Learn more about the product category placements.

There will be two separate selection periods — the first selection period takes place prior to the 2024 NAB Show for the top accounts and the second selection period takes place while onsite.

NAB Show priority points are calculated accordingly:

  • Companies that exhibit in the show receive 10 points.
  • Companies that are NAB Members, in good standing, receive 10 points.
  • Companies receive an additional point for every $5,000 spent across booth space, sponsorship and/or advertising.

Preshow Space Selection Appointments
Scheduled for March 28 – April 10

Appointments were sent via email the week of March 25 to the primary contact of all 2024 exhibitors, sponsors and/or advertisers. A member of the NAB Sales Team will contact you directly for your appointment using the number on file.

Onsite Space Selection Appointments
Scheduled for April 14 – 17

Appointments will be sent via email on March 28 to the primary contact of all 2024 exhibitors, sponsors and/or advertisers. All appointments will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, in Room N250.

Appointment Process

  • Appointments are no longer than 10 minutes.
  • Ahead of your appointment, please confirm your contact information is correct; the information we have on file is included in the email mentioned above.
  • During your appointment, your selected booth will be placed on hold and a link for the contract will be sent.
  • Contract must be signed by April 30, 2024 to secure your space, otherwise the hold will be removed and the space will be available for open sell.

Appointments are scheduled in priority point order and cannot be changed. If you have a conflict with your assigned time, we offer two options:

  1. Complete the Proxy form: This form will allow the NAB Sales Team to select a space for you based on the requirements and preferences you identify on the form.
  2. Assign a colleague to take the call on your behalf. We will keep you as our primary contact and continue to send you all 2025 information. Your colleague will be noted as the person to call for the Space Selection appointment only.

2025 Rates

* To receive the NAB member discount for the 2025 NAB Show, you must be a member in good standing by September 30, 2024.

2025 Contract Terms & Payment Policies

A deposit of 50% is due by July 31, 2024. Ahead of signing your 2025 NAB Show Space Contract, you can view the Contract Terms & Conditions, which includes all payment deadlines and policies.
